Center Director

BCBA – Colorado (Fairfax area) Above & Beyond Therapy is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) for full‑time or part‑time positions in Colorado. Salary up to $110,000 annually, paid bi‑weekly. Sign‑on and relocation bonuses are available. Responsibilities Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments. Design treatment plans of care and positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with tailored goals. Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians, and train ABA technicians by implementing, modeling, and monitoring progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans. Provide caring support during family conversations to ensure parents fully understand assessment results and treatment recommendations. Graph data, adjust strategies as needed to ensure progress, and provide routine progress summaries. Qualifications Valid BCBA certificate. Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver’s license. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time. Commitment to commute or planning to relocate before starting work.
