This is not a traditional sales-focused role; the primary responsibility is to support existing accounts, build customer relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls to answer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to check in, review account status, and ensure everything is running smoothly.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Identify customer concerns, investigate issues, and coordinate with the appropriate internal teams to resolve them.
• Maintain accurate customer records, call notes, and account updates in Salesforce.
• Monitor account activity and proactively address potential issues or customer dissatisfaction.
• Follow up with customers to confirm that issues have been resolved and expectations have been met.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure appropriate follow-through.
• Provide customers with clear information regarding processes, services, and account-related questions.
• Meet established performance expectations related to customer service, call handling, follow-up, and account satisfaction.
