The facility is equipped with modern therapeutic equipment and resources essential for effective physical therapy interventions. The center is designed to promote a patient-centered approach, ensuring a comfortable and healing environment for the clientele.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough evaluations of patients to identify their physical capabilities, needs, and limitations, utilizing advanced assessment tools.Develop customized therapy plans based on patient assessments that focus on improving strength, mobility, and everyday functionality.Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and specialized modalities designed to reduce pain and enhance recovery.Continuously monitor patient progress, documenting outcomes meticulously, and adjust treatment strategies as needed to ensure optimal recovery.Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, which includes physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to provide comprehensive care and holistic treatment.Educate patients and their families on exercises and self-management techniques to support healing and encourage adherence to therapy.Stay compliant with all regulatory requirements and maintain high professional standards to ensure the quality of care delivered.Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on enriching the lives of our residents, many of whom are geriatrics and individuals recovering from surgery or managing chronic conditions.
