Anne Boyd State Farm is hiring a full-time Multiline Representative to help grow the agency through new business production, cross-selling, lead follow-up, and needs-based insurance sales.

This is a sales-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with customers, identifying coverage needs, presenting options, and working toward measurable goals. You will assist prospective and existing customers across multiple insurance lines, including Property & Casualty and Life & Health products.

Compensation

This position offers base pay plus commission, providing the opportunity to increase your income based on performance and production.

Licensing Requirements

Employment is contingent upon obtaining the required insurance licenses.

• Property & Casualty license must be obtained before your first day of employment.
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 90 days of your start date.
• Licensing guidance, study resources, and onboarding support are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with prospective and existing customers by phone, email, follow-up, and community outreach.
• Generate new business through lead follow-up, referrals, and marketing activities.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
• Quote and present coverage options professionally and confidently.
• Cross-sell and upsell products based on customer needs.
• Build relationships that support retention, referrals, and account growth.
• Track sales activity and manage follow-up tasks.
• Maintain accurate records and follow agency and industry procedures.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve agency production goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• A goal-oriented and motivated approach to sales.
• Comfort initiating customer conversations and making outbound calls.
• Ability to ask for the business and follow up consistently.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and time-management skills.
• Previous sales, customer service, marketing, business, or insurance experience is preferred.
• Availability to work full-time in the Henderson, Kentucky office.
