What You'll Be Doing:

• Mastering our digital printing equipment like a pro! You'll be setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting to keep things running smoothly.
• Collaborating with the team to plan staffing and hit production goals each shift (Teamwork makes the dream work!).
• Keeping communication flowing during shift overlaps to help boost plant performance.
• Maintaining a safe, clean, and organized workspace because safety = success.
• Staying on top of quality control standards to ensure every print is precise and perfect.
• Lifting 1530 lbs (frequently) and standing for 810 hours a day (staying active!).

What We're Looking For:

• A sharp eye for detail and a love for accuracynothing gets past you!
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime when needed (we're all in this together).
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with digital printing equipment.
• A true team player who's ready to share equipment knowledge and pitch in wherever needed.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and keep up with the hustle.
• Great communication skillsbecause keeping everyone in the loop is key!
