Hours Monday - Thursday 8:00AM - 5:00PM Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM Overview As a Patient Care Representative with Sentara, you will be responsible for registration process of new and current patients at the site. Primary responsibility will focus on completing check-in and check-out functions to include collection of co-pays, scheduling of appointments, and requests for medical records. Answers telephone calls and greets all patients and visitors with a smile. The base pay range for full-time employment is $20.24 - $30.25 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
