Retail Merchandise Sales

Responsible for selling, exchanging or return of retail merchandise.

Essential Job Functions:

• Excellent internal/external guest service;

• Greet guests as they enter retail shop and thank them as they leave;

• Expected to be friendly, helpful and eager to assist our guests with any questions they may have about casino or events happening;

• Responsible for employee bank issued at start of shift and returned at end of shift;

• Assist with retail inventory during shift, keep items neat, straight, counters clean and orderly, clothing hanging neatly on and hangers and other merchandising items;

• Inform manager of items that are low so that they can be replenished;

• Strong cash handling skills

• Other reasonable duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education: High School or better.
