This is an opportunity to join a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that values quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Responsibilities Leading overall manufacturing operations, including production, performance management, and team developmentSetting direction for both immediate operational priorities and long-term facility goalsCoaching and developing frontline leadership to strengthen bench strength and consistency across shiftsIdentifying opportunities to improve throughput, reduce downtime, and optimize equipment utilizationPartnering cross-functionally with leadership to align operations with broader business objectivesSupporting capital planning, new line implementation, and process enhancementsManaging budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring timelines are met for key initiativesReviewing production metrics and implementing corrective actions when neededQualificationsBachelor's degree5+ years of progressive experience in food or beverage manufacturing environmentsExperience in regulated environments with strong food safety and quality standardsTrack record of success in a leadership role within a fast-paced production facilityFamiliarity with manufacturing systems, ERP platforms, or continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial
