Automotive biller, accounting clerk

Automotive Wholesale/Dealer Trade Title Clerk-Biller
HW Kia of West County is growing and is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Automotive Wholesale/Dealer Trade title clerk-biller to add to their award-winning team. This role involves maintaining accurate and efficient title and accounting records by computing, classifying, preparing, recording, and verifying financial data. This position reports directly to the Controller.
Responsibilities
- Basic accounting knowledge of routine accounting functions.
- Assisting the Office Manager with various accounting duties.
- Entering aftermarket warranty products into the system
- Processing payments for aftermarket warranty products.
- Managing cancellations of aftermarket warranty products.
- Handling dealer trades and wholesale deals.
- Reconciling daily cash and charges for bank deposits.
- Reconciling schedules on a weekly and monthly basis.
Requirements
- At least 2 years title clerk experience.
- CDK experience preferred.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with great attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills.
- Must be a team player with an excellent work ethic.
