Merchandise Planner

Virtual Vocations Inc

Managing a designated book of business, the full-time Women's Merchandise Planner will develop and execute sales, inventory, and margin plans while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Develop and align long-range, pre-season, and in-season forecasts with organizational strategies and targets Support the pre-season plan review process and present plan positions in relation to global targets Identify opportunities within the assortment to drive sales and mitigate inventory liability using historical trends and market insights Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience 3-5 years of experience in demand planning or forecasting, preferably in wholesale Strong analytical thinking and aptitude for forecasting methodology Proficient in MS Office Suite and planning tools Ability to adapt to evolving organizational changes and prioritize multiple projects
