Your fandom knowledge will be instrumental in training new team members and driving store success. Your Responsibilities Create a remarkable shopping atmosphere that will leave customers excited to return; utilize your product knowledge and customer service expertise. Step up when needed, providing leadership and support on the sales floor when the manager is absent. Take charge with store operations, including opening and closing procedures. Handle transactions confidently at the register, fostering add-on sales through BOPIS and curbside pickup options; ensure accurate processing and reporting of register balances. Understand and work towards meeting store sales objectives and key performance indicators, including UPT and ADT. Assist in visual merchandising and planogram changes for effective store presentation. Communicate the latest fashion and music trends to store management and headquarters. Work collaboratively to address loss prevention and reduce theft. Help maintain an organized stock room and a tidy sales floor environment. Develop a passionate and collaborative team to drive success in the store. Perform other tasks as assigned by your Store Leader. What You’ll Bring At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a music or pop culture environment. Strong skills in communication, time management, and professionalism. A high school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to navigate the store efficiently, manage merchandise, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr
