Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized proactive and results-driven Remote Project Manager to oversee projects from planning through completion. The successful candidate will coordinate teams manage resources monitor budgets and timelines and ensure that project objectives are achieved within the agreed scope and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with remote teams. Key Responsibilities

Plan coordinate and manage projects from initiation to completion. Define project objectives scope deliverables timelines and milestones. Develop project plans schedules budgets and resource allocation strategies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure tasks are completed on time. Monitor project progress and identify potential risks delays and challenges. Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders. Manage project budgets resources and operational requirements. Identify issues and implement effective solutions to keep projects on track. Facilitate virtual meetings project reviews and stakeholder discussions. Maintain project documentation schedules reports and records. Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards and business requirements. Manage changes to project scope schedules and priorities. Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for future initiatives. Build strong working relationships with clients team members vendors and management. Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Project Management Business Administration Operations Management or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. At least 35 years of experience in project management project coordination or a related role. Strong knowledge of project planning scheduling budgeting and risk management. Excellent leadership organizational and decision-making skills. Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities. Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana Trello Jira or Microsoft Project. Experience with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and virtual collaboration tools. Ability to work independently and manage remote teams effectively. Strong analytical skills and a commitment to meeting project objectives. Preferred Qualifications

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent. Knowledge of Agile Scrum or Waterfall project management methodologies. Experience managing budgets project risks and stakeholder expectations. Familiarity with process improvement and performance measurement. Estimated annual salary: $85000$115000 USD. The final salary will depend on experience qualifications industry location and project complexity.
