Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg/Tele

Location: Red Bank, New Jersey
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Schedule: 3 x 12-hour shifts per week | Every Other Weekend Required
Pay Rate: $50 - $58/hr (Based on Experience)

Job Summary

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Medical-Surgical/Telemetry unit. The RN will provide direct patient care, monitor telemetry patients, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and prioritize care needs
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans
• Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions
• Monitor telemetry patients and manage step-down level care
• Document patient care accurately and timely
• Coordinate care with physicians and healthcare teams
• Respond to changes in patient condition
• Ensure patient safety and quality standards
• Support patient-centered care initiatives

Requirements

• Active NJ RN License or Compact License
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg/Telemetry experience in an acute care hospital
• ASN required
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS
• NIHSS Certification
• Telemetry Certification
• 4-Hour Stroke CEU

Preferred

• BSN
• Step-down or high-acuity patient experience
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
