Position Summary: The BDC Representative is responsible for identifying and securing new sales leads and maintaining client relationships.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answering incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
• Logging incoming phone calls and online inquiries.
• Scheduling appointments and following up with any "no show" customers.
• Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our products.
• Maintaining thorough, up-to-date knowledge of our internal/external processes, especially regarding digital and internet lead sources.
• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers, and treating all clientele with courtesy and respect.
• Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
• Maintaining contact with customers to ensure they are happy with our service.
• Ensuring potential customers are aware of any promotions.
• Reporting any customer satisfaction issues to supervisor or GSM.
• Following up with "no sale" customers as directed by management.
• Performing other duties as assigned by ownership, upper management and/or immediate supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Good attention to detail and organization skills
• Proven experience in sales.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized, with an ability to learn quickly.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office software and internet.
• Professional and personable demeanor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Suite and/or inventory software to maintain records, input data, and create reports.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) in addition to minimum one-year related experience.
• Available to work weekends.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Reynolds and Reynolds experience
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
