ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the supportive culture we’ve built today.

I’m a proud graduate of University of Arizona, a husband, father, and lifelong Arizona resident. Being born and raised here has allowed me to build strong connections within the community and better serve the people around me. Our agency stays active in the community through regular events and local involvement. Building relationships and giving back are important parts of who we are.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Brett Overstreet - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
