We are looking for candidates like you! ** The Auditing Clerk/Project Support Specialist position supports operational project initiatives within the Logistics Center by providing data analysis, scheduling, and audit-readiness assistance. The ideal candidate will quickly learn distribution center workflows and technology systems while helping maintain project momentum through accurate reporting and documentation support aligned with ISO and VDA standards. ** Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm

** ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS **

Gather and analyze project-related data including task durations, resource allocation, and labor utilization Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and status update reports Develop clear, concise presentations summarizing project progress for leadership review Support familiarization efforts across Logistics Center functions (inbound, storage, order fulfillment, outbound) Assist with records management practices, ensuring documentation meets retention and audit-readiness standards Support internal preparation activities related to ISO and VDA audit processes, including documentation organization and gap tracking Quickly adapt to new operational and technological tools/processes as project needs evolve

** EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS **

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, formulas, reporting functions) and PowerPoint (presentation building) Two to three years (2-3 years) working knowledge or familiarity with ISO and/or VDA audit frameworks Two to three years (2-3 years) intermediate understanding of distribution/logistics center operations Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling and documentation Ability to learn new systems and processes rapidly in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with records management principles and retention requirements Preferred Qualifications: One to two years (1-2 years) prior experience in automotive parts distribution or similar logistics environment Exposure to WMS or ERP systems Experience supporting internal or external audits Company Description We value speed, discipline, and leadership at every level of the organization.
