Location: Holland, MI
Shift: 1st Shift
Pay: $20.00+ per hour

In this role, you’ll use your MIG welding expertise to build durable, precisioncrafted products while working in a handson, fastpaced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Be Doing

As a Welder, your core responsibilities will include:

Reading and interpreting work orders, blueprints, CAD drawings, and rough sketches to determine job requirements.

Setting up, adjusting, and maintaining welding equipment for proper operation.

Performing MIG welding on various stock shapes, sizes, and thicknesses.

Welding in multiple positions, including vertical, horizontal, and overhead.

Selecting correct flow rate, amperage, and wire feed settings to ensure proper penetration and weld appearance.

Using measuring tools such as tape measures to verify accuracy to specifications.

Handling and moving materials using forklifts, hoists, or pallet trucks.

Documenting work performed and maintaining a clean, organized work area.

Supporting general production tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications:

Two years of welding training or related work experience, or an equivalent combination. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.

U.S. work authorization required.

Skills:

Proficient MIG welding skills across multiple positions.

Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to set proper weld parameters.

Ability to use measuring tools accurately.

Experience operating forklifts, hoists, or pallet trucks.

Strong problemsolving abilities and clear communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for long shifts.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Ability to work in a loud environment with exposure to fumes and airborne particles.
