In This Role You Will Clean resident units, bathrooms, lounges, offices, hallways, dining areas, and other assigned community spaces. Mop floors, vacuum carpeted areas, and empty trash containers throughout the community. Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Wash windows, window sills, and perform seasonal or deep-cleaning tasks as assigned. Clean and sanitize public bathrooms, lavatories, and common touchpoint areas. Follow written cleaning schedules and housekeeping procedures for resident and common areas. Maintain housekeeping equipment and storage areas in a clean and organized manner. Transport and stock linens, supplies, and housekeeping materials as needed. Follow all infection control and safety procedures established by the community. Provide courteous and respectful service to residents, visitors, and team members. Typically M-F 6a-2p Who You Are Required Qualifications Ability to learn and follow housekeeping procedures and cleaning schedules. Ability to work independently and complete tasks efficiently. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to communicate respectfully and professionally with residents, visitors, and team members. Ability to safely perform physical tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and walking for extended periods. Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Prior professional housekeeping or environmental services experience. Experience working in healthcare, hospitality, senior living, or service-focused environments.
