We are seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support early career talent programs, helping manage intern onboarding, development initiatives, events, and operational projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ideal Candidate: Bachelor's degree required 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR, program management, administration, logistics, or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Comfortable working across multiple time zones, including occasional 7:00 AM start times Additional Consideration for Candidates With: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, data analysis) Experience coordinating events, workshops, or employee programs Experience with project management tools such as Asana Strong customer service or stakeholder management experience Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment Key Responsibilities: Partner with Program Managers to support intern onboarding, development, engagement, and offboarding initiatives Coordinate workshops, office hours, events, and other early talent programs Manage shared inbox communications and respond to stakeholder inquiries Support business reporting, project documentation, and operational tracking Monitor program metrics and assist with reporting on key objectives and deliverables Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a positive experience for interns and stakeholders Contribute to process improvements and special projects that enhance recruiting operations and program effectiveness Why Join Us?
