Our clients deserve a partner who co-creates with them to deliver great work that achieves "shockingly different" results!See our full suite of services.Job DescriptionSDL's Learning and Development Facilitators deliver training material for a number of courses to SDL clients, to help their individual contributors, managers, and leaders develop crucial job skills and/or leadership competencies. At times, facilitators may be required to provide one–on–one or group coaching to assist in the learning of new skills. You may also be occasionally asked to recommend modifications to instructional designers, to keep course content fresh and to enhance L&D programs, resources, and tools.Facilitate training programs for Shockingly Different Leadership's clientsProvide follow-up consultation with SDL staff and SDL client managers, once training is complete.Demonstrate advanced facilitation skills.Provide general consulting for facilitation and project implementation.Learning program delivery, including course preparation, communication to participants, logistic prep, and follow up.Assist SDL Learning and Development staff with Design and Curriculum Management in development of L&D content by providing business acumen, knowledge and expertise relative to achieving the Learning objectives and priorities.QualificationsRequired Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Learning and Development, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Adult Education or related field.Required Minimum Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in training delivery, training facilitation, or a combination of both.Required Minimum Skills:5+ years of training delivery and facilitation experienceAbility to train and provide feedback to SDL clientsAbility to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentAbility to manage multiple and competing prioritiesAbility to collaborate to build successful relationshipsAbility to successfully use technology in the classroomAbility to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision in a structured environmentAbility to work effectively in a virtual team environmentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsKnowledge and understanding of adult learning principlesSupervisory or management experience, highly desiredStrong classroom presence and facilitation skills with a dynamic presentation styleTargeted Pay RateVaries based on client.
