In this role, you will oversee patient scheduling, front office workflows, and staff performance to ensure efficient, patient-centered care. You’ll manage financial performance, reporting, and compliance with healthcare, safety, and privacy standards. Partnering closely with clinical teams and Benevis support services, you will drive process improvements, support hiring and training, and cultivate a collaborative culture focused on quality outcomes and community impact.
