What You'll Do

• Program, set up, and operate 3, 4, and 5-Axis CNC Mills
• Develop and optimize CNC programs for high-precision, tight-tolerance components
• Complete machine setups and accurately document production travelers and setup sheets
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes and reduce costs
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues to maximize efficiency and quality
• Provide valuable input on product design, manufacturability, and process optimization
• Ensure all work meets quality, safety, and production standards
• Experience programming CNC Lathes and Mill/Turn Lathes is highly desirable

What You'll Bring

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong CNC machining and setup experience
• Proven CNC programming experience
• Ability to machine complex, high-tolerance parts
• Mastery of high-speed toolpath optimization techniques
• Strong understanding of machining principles and best practices
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Passion for machining and continuous improvement

Materials Experience

Experience machining a variety of materials, including:

• Aluminum
• Titanium
• Stainless Steel
• Steel
• Plastics
• Copper
• Brass

Education

• High School Diploma, Technical Certification, College Coursework, or equivalent experience preferred
