We are a fast-growing Collision Center dedicated to high-quality vehicle inspections and accurate valuations. We are looking for a detail‑oriented, energetic Automotive Collision Appraiser to join our team and help us keep things moving smoothly. As a Collision Appraiser, you are the bridge between the damage and the repair. You will assess vehicle damage, estimate repair costs, and ensure all parties are on the same page. Inspect & Evaluate: Conduct thorough physical and/or digital inspections of collision‑damaged vehicles to determine the extent of structural, mechanical, and cosmetic damage. Write Estimates: Utilize industry‑standard software (CCCOne / Mitchell / Audatex) to draft accurate, competitive repair blueprints and total loss evaluations. Negotiate & Collaborate: Act as the primary liaison between insurance adjusters, repair technicians, and customers to review supplements and approve repair plans. Stay Current: Keep up‑to‑date with OEM repair procedures, safety guidelines, and evolving vehicle technologies (including ADAS). Deliver Great Service: Explain complex repair processes to customers with empathy, clarity, and transparency. What We’re Looking For Experience: 2+ years of experience as an automotive collision appraiser, estimator, or insurance adjuster. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in estimation software (CCC One, Mitchell, or Audatex) is required. Certifications: I-CAR certification is highly preferred; a valid state appraiser license is a major plus (where required by law). Eye for Detail: A sharp eye for hidden damage and a strong understanding of vehicle construction and OEM guidelines. Communication Skills: Strong negotiation skills and the ability to explain technical details to non‑technical customers. Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record (for field/mobile appraisers). What We Offer Competitive Pay: $85,000 to $110,000 depending on experience.
