The Bilingual Call Center Supervisor oversees a small team of 1 to 10 employees, ensuring effective bilingual support and high-quality customer service. Reporting directly to the Call Center Manager, this role focuses on monitoring call performance, addressing customer escalations, and resolving conflicts to maintain team efficiency and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication skills in both languages are essential to succeed in this position.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily activities of a small bilingual call center team
- Provide bilingual support to customers and team members
- Monitor calls to ensure quality and adherence to protocols
- Manage customer escalations promptly and professionally
- Resolve conflicts within the team to maintain a positive work environment
