JOB SUMMARY:

This is a Revenue Specialist I position in the General Tax Administration Program, Return and Revenue Processing, Incoming Mail Unit. The incumbent is responsible for assisting with forecasting and monitoring the workflow, performing quality reviews, and operating a variety of mail machinery and equipment required for mail services. This position requires technical troubleshooting of equipment and extensive research.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist with forecasting and monitoring the workflow. Perform quality reviews. Operate mail machinery and equipment for mail services. Perform technical troubleshooting of equipment. Conduct extensive research.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Experience reviewing documents for accuracy or completeness. Experience monitoring workflow. Experience operating any equipment or working in a production environment.

SPECIAL NOTES:

This position may require continuous standing, stooping, and lifting up to 40 lbs. at any time during the work schedule. The required work hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

SALARY:

The hiring salary for this position generally will not exceed $3,330.00 monthly/$39,960.00 annually.
