About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to ensure the efficient execution of the CEO's vision by overseeing daily operations across key departments and major initiatives. The COO will be responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations, including medical and clinical services, education and training services, and facilities management. This role involves leading major strategic projects, directing staffing and training initiatives, and working closely with leadership to optimize care delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets, and improve operational efficiency. The successful candidate will also be tasked with driving process improvements, infrastructure development, and interdisciplinary collaboration to uphold the highest standards of care and service. Applicants for the COO position at the company should have a Master’s degree (preferred) in business or healthcare administration or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of operations management experience. The role requires strong written and oral communication skills, the ability to maintain strict confidentiality, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The COO will be expected to have the ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrate strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills, and possess effective organizational and time management skills. A key qualification is the ability to live within a reasonable distance from the company's headquarters to respond quickly to emergencies.
