Product Growth Manager

About the Role

Own growth for the creator side of a consumer gaming platform, from a creator's first visit through their first published game. You'll work closely with product, engineering, design, and data to build the growth function and improve creator acquisition and engagement.

What You'll Do

• Identify high-impact opportunities across the creator journey and ship experiments that improve key growth metrics.

• Create mockups and prototypes using coding and AI-assisted tools, then partner with front-end engineers to launch successful ideas.

• Analyze product data, run A/B tests, and turn user behavior into practical growth strategies.

• Talk with creators in the community, gather feedback, and use it to guide product iterations.

• Collaborate with the team on the product roadmap and help establish scalable growth practices.

What We're Looking For

• Two to four years of experience as a product manager or growth PM for a consumer product.

• Experience owning acquisition, activation, or retention, and personally running experiments with measurable results.

• Strong data analysis skills, including SQL, product analytics tools, and A/B testing; Python experience is useful.

• Hands-on technical skills, such as building prototypes, scripts, or side projects, and strong computer science fundamentals.

• Experience with creator products, user-generated content, games, or two-sided marketplaces is valuable.

• A self-directed individual contributor who enjoys close collaboration and taking ownership in a growing team.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $165,000 to $250,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Location

On-site in Palo Alto, California, four days per week.
