The main objective is to drive the site's production of CMP tours and meet or exceed budgeted tour flow and VPG requirements. Responsible for personal tour production minimums and face to face vacation package sales budget.Essential Job FunctionsResponsibilities include, but are not limited to:Recruit, hire and train CMP professionals and supervisors.Oversee daily operations of CMP programs to meet budgeted tour flow.Establish an ongoing training plan to implement integrity and enthusiasm in the CMP department.Where applicable, work with CMP Supervisors to establish written and individual team goals to help achieve and maintain the highest levels of performance.Monitor and report performance of marketing at the site level, taking corrective action as requiredAssisting Marketing Director and site VP as neededMinimum Requirements and QualificationsFull time availability required including weekends and holidays.High School Diploma or equivalent or bachelor's degree in related field preferredInternal Travel and Leisure experience or external timeshare experience in a similar role preferred.Excellent skills regarding creating partnerships, "big picture" analysis, and excellent follow up mandatory.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to service both internal and external customersClear concise written and verbal communication skills mandatoryTrack record of excellent leadership skills and ability to motivate a teamAbility to effectively coach, counsel and motivate direct reportsAbility to efficiently multi-task and negotiate effectivelyDetail orientated and accurate and demonstrated problem solving abilityAbility to carry out responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable lawsHow You'll Be Rewarded:We offer a diverse range of comprehensive health and welfare benefits to associates who work 30 or more hours per week to meet your needs and support you throughout your career with us.
