Assistant Project Manager - Interiors

Our client is a growing commercial construction firm delivering projects across healthcare, retail, office, and education sectors. The company places a strong emphasis on mentorship and professional growth, making it an excellent opportunity for emerging construction professionals.

Job Description

Assist with project scheduling and coordination. Track RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Maintain project documentation. Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors. Attend project meetings and prepare meeting notes. Assist with budget tracking and reporting. Support closeout documentation processes.

The Successful Applicant

2-3 years of experience. Ability to communicate with subcontractors, superintendents, owners, and clients. Experience scheduling, estimating, and assistant project manager experience. Client facing. Interiors experience.
