Location & Schedule Location: North Ridgeville, OH - Westside Cuyahoga Position: HHA - Personal Care Thursday: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM Friday: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM & 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Saturday: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM & 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Sunday: 7:00 PM-7:00 AM Pay & Benefits $16-$21 per hour Weekly pay Referral and performance bonuses Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off Birthday Leave Paid Training Career Advancement Opportunities Employee Discounts and Wellness Perks Supportive Team with RN Oversight Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) Assist with mobility and transfers Provide personal care, bathing, grooming, and dressing assistance Prepare meals and provide medication reminders Perform light housekeeping and laundry Provide companionship and emotional support Observe and report changes in client condition Follow the client's individualized plan of care Requirements High School Diploma or GED At least one year of caregiving or direct care experience preferred HHA, STNA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant training preferred Current CPR certification Negative TB test or chest X-ray Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and maintain client confidentiality Why BrightStar Care?
