Role Responsibilities Develop Personalized Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and create tailored therapy strategies that support their journey toward functional independence. Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work hand-in-hand with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide holistic care that addresses all aspects of a patient's recovery. Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their families on therapy practices to ensure ongoing improvement outside of clinical settings. Track Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to maintain the trajectory of patient success.
