Prep Cook/Cocinero de Preparacion (New Store Opening)

Move Tips in effect once the store opens We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to assist in the preparation of our delicious Peruvian dishes. As a prep cook, you must be able to perform kitchen duties that ensure the proper treatment of food, follow recipes and ensure that the prep list is completed on a daily basis. Duties Prepare ingredients for cooking Store food in its designated container in an organized manner Portion, wrap, and label ingredients with name and date Follow food handling guidelines (wearing gloves, temperatures, cross contamination, etc.) Utilize manual and electrical methods for the preparation of certain items Buscamos personas entusiastas para ayudar en la preparación de nuestros deliciosos platos peruanos.
