We are seeking both *Electrical Estimators and **Senior** Electrical Estimators* to join the preconstruction team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-profile projects, collaborate with experienced industry leaders, and play a critical role in securing future business.

Key Responsibilities
* Review project plans, specifications, and bid documents
* Perform detailed electrical takeoffs and quantity surveys
* Develop labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor cost estimates
* Analyze project scope, identify risks, and evaluate value-engineering opportunities
* Solicit and review vendor and subcontractor pricing
* Prepare complete bid packages and estimate summaries
* Support design-build and negotiated project pursuits
* Partner with project managers, field leadership, and preconstruction teams throughout the bidding process
* Assist in project turnover and handoff following award
Required Qualifications
* 3+ years of electrical estimating experience (Mid-Level)
* 5+ years of electrical estimating experience (Senior-Level)
* Experience estimating commercial, industrial, or mission-critical construction projects
* Strong understanding of electrical systems and the National Electrical Code (NEC)
* Experience with electrical takeoffs and bid preparation
* Proficiency with Accubid Enterprise or similar estimating software
* Strong communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
* Bluebeam Revu experience
* Preconstruction experience
* Design-build project experience
* Vendor and subcontractor bid solicitation experience
* Leadership or mentoring experience
* Data center project experience

*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
