Build More Than Quotes — Help Drive Projects Forward Total RESA is looking for a solutions-driven Estimator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems, supporting customers, and helping projects move from concept to completion. This role is more than creating quotes. You’ll play a key part in the customer experience by supporting projects from initial pricing through post-sale coordination. You’ll work closely with sales teams, vendors, and operations while helping keep projects moving, solving roadblocks, and ensuring customers stay informed along the way. What You’ll Do Prepare accurate and competitive quotes for foodservice equipment and supply projects Review plans, specifications, and customer needs to build practical solutions Partner with sales teams to improve pricing strategy and win rates Follow up on opportunities and help move projects forward Customer & Project Support Serve as a key customer contact after the sale Provide order updates, answer questions, coordinate warranties, and resolve issues Help ensure smooth project execution from quote to completion Build strong customer relationships through responsiveness and follow-through Problem Solving & Coordination Proactively resolve delays caused by missing information, vendor issues, or internal gaps Follow up on approvals, quotes, lead times, and vendor responses Coordinate with sales, purchasing, operations, vendors, and manufacturer reps Support sourcing, logistics, inventory coordination, and project flow as needed What Success Looks Like Accurate quotes that help win business Customers who feel supported and informed Projects that stay moving instead of getting stuck Strong communication and ownership across teams Problems solved before they elevate Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Resourceful mindset with strong follow-through Proficiency in Microsoft Office Experience with quoting software or AutoQuotes is a plus Ability to interpret plans, specs, and project details Preferred Experience in estimating, quoting, inside sales, or customer support Foodservice equipment or construction-related experience ERP or project tracking software familiarity Who We’re Looking For: Takes ownership instead of waiting for direction Thinks in solutions, not obstacles Balances urgency with accuracy Adapts quickly without losing momentum Please send your resume to View email address on click.appcast.io. #J-18808-Ljbffr
