IDH Alliance, DUNKIN’ is currently hiring PM Crew Members who has availability to work either 12pm-5pm or 2pm-9:30pm to join our team!OverviewCrew Members are generally responsible for preparing food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, providing guests with great service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.Responsibilities IncludeFollow Brand standards, recipes, and systemsFollow food safety standardsPrepare food and beveragesAssemble and package ordersUnderstand the restaurant menu, including limited time offers, promotions, and be able to answer guest questionsMaintain a clean and organized workstationClean equipment, service areas, and guest areasStock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstationTake orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle paymentsMeet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guestsServe and communicate with guestsMaintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurantCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkersOrganize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areasRequirementsMust be at least 16 years oldWorks well with others in a fast-paced team environmentOn time, demonstrates honesty and a positive attitudeWillingness to learn and adapt to changeGuest focusedPhysical Demands/Working Conditions:Standing on feetRepetitive motion, including bending, stooping, and reachingLifting objects, including boxes, ice, and product up to 20lbs (if applicable)This Dunkin' Donuts restaurant is independently owned and operated under a franchise granted by DD Franchising LLC.You are applying for work with a franchisee of Dunkin', not Dunkin' Brands, Inc., Dunkin' or any of their affiliates.
