Student Ambassador

Responsibilities Promote campus programs, events, and student services through in-person outreach and digital tools. Serve as a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for current and prospective students. Share general campus information, resources, and opportunities to help students navigate their graduate journey. Assist with the planning and execution of campus events, including open houses, residencies, webinars, and student workshops. Support event logistics before, during, and after programs (set-up, check-in, engagement activities, and clean-up). Help create a welcoming and engaging environment for all attendees. Collaborate with campus leadership to develop materials, social media content, and event visuals. Build relationships with fellow students to understand their experiences and needs. Share student feedback, ideas, and trends with campus leadership to support continuous improvement. Represent Avila University Arizona at select community events and networking opportunities in the West Valley. Participate in partnerships with local organizations and nonprofits to expand student opportunities. Requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive, professional, and proactive attitude. Ability to collaborate, take initiative, and manage time effectively. Interest in leadership, community engagement, and student support. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods during campus events.
