Staff Development Coordinator (RN)Alamance Health Care Center in Burlington, NC is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as the Staff Development Coordinator (RN). As the Staff Development Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in our ability to continuously provide Care Beyond Compare through your exceptional guidance and education of the nursing team. You'll be instrumental in developing a culture of excellence, ensuring adherence to protocols and best practices, and empowering our nursing team to deliver compassionate, high-quality care to every patient.
