Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy services to elementary-age students
• Provide 40 sessions per week, each lasting 30 minutes
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation of student performance
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to progress reports
• Maintain a supportive and safe learning environment

Qualifications:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for New York State
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Experienced in school-based settings, particularly with elementary students
• Skilled in conducting assessments and implementing intervention strategies
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Ability to effectively manage a diverse student caseload

This full-time contract role runs Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 2:30 pm, offering a consistent 32.5-hour workweek.
