Role Overview: Provides proficient, direct patient care in a 24/7 acute care environment, utilizing the nursing process to optimize patient outcomes. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams, evaluates patient and family learning needs, and delegates care appropriately. May precept students and new hires, demonstrating critical thinking and decisive judgment in a fast-paced setting. Responsibilities Include Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans based on assessments. Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient conditions effectively. Coordinating care activities such as transfers, discharges, and referrals. Providing patient/family education tailored to individual needs. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (if less than 3 years' experience). Current RN licensure and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Minimum of 6 months nursing experience. Critical thinking, decisive judgment, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
