ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in June 2018 and currently lead a close-knit team of four. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I spent 18 years as a Financial Services Consultant, bringing a strong background in financial services and relationship-building into the agency. I also earned my MBA from the University of Missouri. Outside of work, I’m married with two daughters, and our family includes a cat named Avocado!

Being involved in our community is incredibly important to me. I’m active with the local Chamber of Commerce and serve as President of the Rotary Club, and our agency enjoys participating in community events and finding ways to stay connected to the people we serve.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Lesley Siegfried - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
