Talent Acquisition Specialist

If you know how to build pipelines from scratch and deliver on hard-to-fill roles—this one’s built for you. What You’ll Be Doing This is end-to-end recruiting, not just filling reqs. Own full-cycle hiring for highly specialized roles across engineering, construction, and capital project environments Build and maintain detailed talent maps—who’s out there, where they are, and how to reach them Identify and engage passive talent in niche markets across infrastructure, energy, and industrial sectors Run advanced sourcing strategies (Boolean, LinkedIn, X-ray) with a focus on quality and conversion Partner directly with senior project leaders to align on hiring needs and drive results fast Deliver consistent pipeline visibility and reporting Expand diverse candidate pipelines and ensure inclusive hiring practices Document sourcing strategies and build sustainable talent pipelines that outlast the engagement What You Bring 8+ years in talent acquisition, with strong experience in sourcing-heavy or niche hiring Proven success hiring for engineering, infrastructure, construction, or capital project environments Deep expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing techniques Experience building market maps, competitor intelligence, and targeted outreach strategies Strong ATS experience (Workday or similar) and disciplined pipeline management Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, project-driven environment Why This Role Stands Out You’re not just filling jobs—you’re supporting a major infrastructure investment initiative.
