The platform brings the day-to-day work of running a service operation into one place — from managing leads and creating estimates to scheduling crews, tracking jobs, communicating with customers, and collecting payments. We're looking for a Software Sales Representative who can connect with business owners, understand how they operate, and demonstrate how SHVR can make running their business easier. This is a 1099, commission-based opportunity for someone who is comfortable building their own pipeline, conducting discovery, demonstrating software, and closing business. What You'll Do Identify and connect with prospective customers within approved SHVR markets. Build and manage your own sales pipeline from prospecting through close. Conduct discovery conversations to understand how businesses currently manage leads, estimates, scheduling, field operations, and customer communication. Lead product demonstrations tailored to each prospect's needs and challenges. Clearly communicate SHVR's features, value, and practical application. Manage follow-up, negotiations, agreements, and customer handoff. Maintain accurate records of prospects, conversations, next steps, and sales activity. Share customer and market feedback with the SHVR team as the product continues to grow. What We're Looking For Experience selling software, SaaS, technology, or B2B services . Confidence conducting discovery calls, product demonstrations, and closing conversations. Ability to explain technology in a clear, practical way to business owners and operators. Strong relationship-building and communication skills. Self-motivated with strong follow-through and pipeline management skills. Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven, commission-based environment. Bonus experience: Home services, field service software, CRM sales, franchising, or selling directly to small and midsize business owners. Compensation & Contractor Structure This position is structured as an independent contractor (1099) opportunity with commission-based compensation .
