Job Description:

Spring Mountain Vineyard is one of Napa Valley’s most storied mountain estates, spanning 845 acres overlooking St. Helena on the eastern slopes of the Mayacamas. Today the estate is in the midst of one of Napa’s most ambitious restoration projects, replanting more than 200 acres of hillside vineyard across 135 distinct blocks, restoring historic structures and caves, and rebuilding the winery to stand among the world’s great mountain wine estates.

The Accounting Administrator role will support the restoration project and ongoing operations in multiple areas. Creating and maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness, and excellent communication will be critical in supporting internal departments. This role will directly assist the financial department, as well as be the internal on-site liaison to all sales and production channels. High level of involvement with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Order Processing, and Inventory functions.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Assist with daily/weekly reporting to Director of Finance and Estate Director
• Manage full-cycle Accounts Payable
• Manage corporate credit card program
• Inventory management and oversight
• Process all wholesale orders, manage A/R, and liaise with 3rd party warehouse on logistics
• Digitize all files received via mail, maintain a paperless environment
• IT coordination
• Office management and miscellaneous administrative support

• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong experience in a digital environment
• Use of Microsoft Teams and Office Suite
