Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in School Psychology or a related field
- Valid School Psychologist Certification
- Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
- Familiarity with best practices in assessment, intervention, and counseling within educational settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychological assessments for K-5 students to identify their unique needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop and implement individualized plans
- Deliver direct counseling and intervention services
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP planning, and eligibility determinations
- Promote positive mental health practices and advocate for student well-being
