System Administrator

Salary: $107,000 - 147,000 per year Requirements:

• We need at least 3 years of IT systems administration experience.
• We require hands-on proficiency with Microsoft Intune-related tools such as WSUS, SCCM, and Orchestrator.
• We expect prior experience with an endpoint protection solution.
• We need scripting ability in at least one language, such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
• We require a working understanding of authentication technologies including Active Directory, Entra, LDAP, SAML, and DUO.
• We need a strong grasp of core networking and IT fundamentals, including TCP/IP, VLANs, NAT, DNS, and the OSI model.
• We require fluent English and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• We expect the ability to plan work ahead, secure approvals for changes, and communicate effectively.
• We need strong attention to detail when handling large, complex tasks.
• We expect the ability to assess priorities, adapt work accordingly, and escalate urgent issues quickly.
• Local candidates must be able to work onsite in Midtown Phoenix 3 days per week in a hybrid setup.
• This role is not eligible for employer sponsorship.

• We will implement and maintain the Windows Server patching process.
• We will collaborate closely with security teams to address and resolve identified vulnerabilities.
• We will use monitoring tools to track patching status and vulnerability exposure.
• We will own and support Microsoft System Management Server-side solutions.
• We will assist other Systems Management teams as needed.
• We will work directly with system owners to prioritize remediation efforts and report progress.
• We will partner with security compliance teams to ensure solutions meet HIPAA, SOX, and PCI-DSS standards.
• We will contribute to solution design discussions and help shape security policies.
