Role Overview A laminator is a machine that takes large rolls of plastic film and combines them with other rolls of packaging film. It’s a large‑scale, food‑grade lamination process. Each laminator requires an operator and a helper to work efficiently. The helper’s duties include: Loading rolls of raw material and unloading rolls of laminated materials. Retrieving raw materials with the use of a pallet jack. Verifying the materials that are being laminated in accordance with the work order. Desired attributes: The ability to learn new skills and apply them across a range of applications. The ability to stand for an entire work shift (excluding breaks). A positive attitude with a mentality for teamwork and a focus on quality. Shift & Pay 12‑hour rotating shifts, 3 days/4 days a week. Paid overtime (8 hours) and a paid 30‑minute lunch. Swap schedule provides a ~3‑day weekend every other weekend. Salary: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour + $2.00 shift differential.
