Healthcare RecruiterJob OverviewDuties and ResponsibilitiesRecruit new candidates and manage current field staff.Train new employees and provide orientation assistance.Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, websites, and other sources.Negotiates salaries with candidates/external employees.SchedulingCompletes requested schedules for staff, pending authorization.Assists with external employee’s time and attendance issues.Verify time sheets against schedule.Always adhere to client confidentiality.Rotates shifts as part of the on-call scheduleSchedules new admissions, giving non-clinical information to caregivers.Manages client’s care schedules.Customer Service to both clients and external employees.Performs all other duties assigned by Recruiting ManagerSupports and executes the mission, ethics, and goals of the company effectively.Represents themselves in a positive and professional manner in the company and community.Adheres to dress code with a clean and neat professional appearance.#IND123Reports on time and as scheduled to complete work within the designated time.Adhere to all company policies and procedures outlined in Employee Handbook, Employee Agreement, or communicated from executive team.RequirementsHigh School Education- associate's degree preferredAbility to effectively communicate in English- verbal and written (Additional languages preferred)Previous Customer Service ExperienceDemonstrate ability to work independentlyFits the MGA cultureAbility to pass a background checkAdditional Job Description InformationEEO Statement:MGA is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
