Maternal-Child Health Case Manager II — Home-Visit Focus

University of Miami

The University of Miami/UHealth Department of Pediatrics is seeking a full-time Case Worker 2 in Miami, FL. This direct service role delivers maternal child health services to eligible clients in the Healthy Start/CIR CONNECT programs, and related projects. Responsibilities include QA/QI activities, home visits, and collaboration with community providers. Evening/weekend work may be required to meet duties. #J-18808-Ljbffr University of Miami
