Responsibilities Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, warranties, and available accessories Conduct test drives and compare competitive models to meet customer needs Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers Implement follow-up systems to generate repeat and referral business Maintain strong Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores Stay informed on current inventory, product updates, and manufacturer programs Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership performance standards Maintain a professional, customer-first presence on the showroom floor Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed Qualifications Customer-facing, commission-based sales experience is required (automotive experience is a plus!)
