Scheduling Coordinator

Wellbound CHHA is currently seeking a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator to support our Scheduling Department. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and committed to ensuring all scheduling needs are met in alignment with the company’s operational and patient care objectives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate, schedule, and organize the provision of healthcare services to patients. Proactively collaborate with team members and other departments to achieve scheduling goals and support agency operations. Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the Homecare Homebase (HCHB) system. Manage administrative tasks including filing, answering phone calls, processing electronic transitions, and data entry. Provide excellent customer service to staff and patients while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; relevant work experience preferred. Proficiency in computer systems, with experience in HCHB strongly desired. Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
